Q Are you open at the weekend?
A Yes. Our shop is open 9.30am - 1pm Saturday & 10.30 am - 12.30pm Sunday.

Q Do you have a minimum collection charge?
A Yes. Our minimum charge is £16.00 + delivery charge if applicable.
Q Do you offer free collection and delivery?
A Yes. subject to a minimum order value of £25 (subject to change).
Q Can I have my cleaning products delivered?
A Yes. Our minimum order for local delivery on cleaning products is £10 (subject to change)

Q Are you insured for my clothing?
A Yes we have insurance cover for all clothing either in transit or within our commercial premises.
Q Where are my clothes ironed?
A All ironing is completed in our purpose equipped ironing workshop located at White Roding.
Q Do you employ any home ironers?
A No. All ironing is completed at our White Roding workshop. This enables us to operate within strict quality constraints which we would be unable to exercise outside the controlled environment of our commercial premises.
Q Can I book regular collections and deliveries?
A Yes we welcome regular bookings.
Q Do you operate a same day service?
A Yes, subject to area and availability. (Same day service when available attracts a 20% additional charge)
Q Can I have my ironing folded rather than on hangers?
A Yes, let us know your preferences our aim is to please
Q How can I pay?
A Cash, Cheque (supported by a current bankers card), Standing Order.
Q Do I get a discount for large amounts of ironing?
A Yes there is a 30p per kilo discount for all ironing of 10 kg or above (our standard charge per kilo is £4.65)
Q What is your standard turnaround time on ironing?
A We offer a standard 48 hour service and a 24 hour service at no extra charge subject to availability.Please ascertain availability if you require a 24 hour service.

Q What happens if I book a delivery or collection and I’m not there or fail to answer the door etc.?
A We ask that if circumstances change and you are unable to be in for our collection or delivery service that you contact us to cancel and reappoint. Of course sometimes events are beyond your control and we endeavour to be understanding. However, unfortunately, there are occasionally people that have little regard for the fact that our fuel and drivers cost money (our standard delivery service is heavily subsidised) and that wasted journeys impact on all our other clients.Therefore if this becomes a common event we reluctantly reserve the right to refuse to offer our service. We also reserve the right to level an extra charge for every additional collection/delivery we undertake at a realistic commercial rate of no less than £3 per visit.
Dry Cleaning Questions
Q Do you collect / deliver Dry Cleaning?
A Yes, subject to the areas we cover (and availability) and the standard minimum order of £16 excluding any applicable collection / delivery charge
Q What is your turnaround on Dry Cleaning?
A Standard article constructed with standard materials such as suits, trousers, blouses are generally 3 day turnaround with specialist cleans( prom dresses, wedding dresses etc..) quoted on application. If you require a quicker turnaround please call 01279 876660

A Yes. We are agents for Spats one of the premier dry cleaning organisations within the UK.
